At 11luxuries, every product is curated with care. If an issue arises, we aim to resolve it fairly and transparently.

🇵🇰 Returns for Pakistani Customers

Eligible Cases

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing components

🕒 Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bridal wear & made-to-order items
  • Jewelry (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Perfumes (if opened or used)
  • Feeding essentials & personal care items
  • Sale and clearance products

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice required
  • No signs of washing, alteration, or damage

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit or
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


International Orders

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
  • Claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery
  • The customer bears return shipping and customs charges

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
