At 11luxuries, every product is curated with care. If an issue arises, we aim to resolve it fairly and transparently.
🇵🇰 Returns for Pakistani Customers
Eligible Cases
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item received
- Missing components
🕒 Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bridal wear & made-to-order items
- Jewelry (unless damaged on arrival)
- Perfumes (if opened or used)
- Feeding essentials & personal care items
- Sale and clearance products
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice required
- No signs of washing, alteration, or damage
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued as:
- Store credit or
- Bank transfer (where applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
- Claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery
- The customer bears return shipping and customs charges
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
